What Pace do you run?

Our pace is determined by the participants of the tour.  These are fun, casual tours, meant to include all running abilities.  Typically, the pace is between 10 - 11 minutes miles, with multiple stops for photo opportunities and learning about the surroundings.

I am a walker, can I join a tour?

Our tours are intended for runners, but if you are interested in doing a walking tour, please contact us, and we would be happy to set something up!

Am I allowed to tip the guide?

Yes, tips are not expected, but appreciated.

WHAT if I am running late and cannot make the tour?

Please plan on arriving 5-10 minutes prior to the tour start time, so tours can depart on time.  If you are running late, please text or call your guide.  We will try to wait for you whenever possible.

WHAT if it's raining?

We run our tours rain, shine, sleet, snow, etc...  Unless there is extreme weather that makes the tour dangerous, we will run.

Will there be water?

Your guide may have bottled water available at the end of the tour, but it's recommended that you bring some water, especially on a hot day.

Can I bring my jogging stroller?

Strollers are not allowed.  Because of the unique geography in Pittsburgh, many of our routes ascend and descend stairs and traverse rough roads, making it unsafe/impractical for strollers.
